Creating Your First Character: Form Inside!

When looking into making a character don't forget to take reference for the breed of canine you plan to make. If you're not sure which breeds are available, check here.

Title your thread your characters Name dash your characters species, then post the code below in the new topic. This makes it easier for us to place threads after we accept them. Everything else character wise should be available to fill out via your personal section of your profile. If you need further instruction or help posting a profile, post below and we'll try to help you when possible.

First, we need to answer if this is our first character or not. If it is (which it most likely will be) then ignore the next step. If you happen to be returning to create a second character you will need to do two things before continuing.

1. Link to your first character created.
2. Link to the shop thread you created showing you bought and paid for the extra character slot.

Once you have all that settled, we'll move on, the rest should be available when you go to edit your profile under "personal".

OOC Name is your chat name you go by. Gender can be either male or female. Age, Height and Weight should all be dependent upon your character's breed, so make sure they all line up. Now comes a tricky part, Pack and Rank come hand in hand. Unless your character is a result of a breeding from inside a pack, they most likely will not start off with a pack and will hold a rank of loner. So either leave the pack part blank for later or fill it in accordingly. Make sure to get in touch with the leader of the pack if it's a new pup to add you to the right group.

When starting with a fresh character, they don't usually come with an element so this is usually left blank and doesn't show up for now. As you develop your character they can learn one element they choose unless they are Truis. Truis are the ONLY breed that can possess the power of TWO different elements. If you have a pup born into a litter as "gifted" then you'll have to check out our thread regarding gifted characters. If this isn't your first character, you may decide to spend points from another to add powers or extras. Just remember that you can only pay for neutral powers without an element if your character lacks one. Extras is where all your aesthetic purchases will go (just in case you were wondering.) NOTE: Some extras can only be used at character creation, so make sure you start with what you want.

The next area is relationships, this is mostly you or anyone else who you want to collaborate with. Outside of determining your character's birth date, which can effect breeding depending on the type of canine you choose, the rest should be self explanatory. Provide links to other character's profiles if any are related to your character directly.

Anything else is purely your own creativity, from personality to appearance and history. Unless your character is a newborn pup from an IC litter, you should have at least 80 words for history.
