1Allows your character at creation to have one physical property go out of its breed's specs. This includes unusual pelt colors, larger or smaller than typical size and unusual eye colors. It may also include odd ears or tails for non-truis breeds. For more than one property you will have to purchase multiple quirks. These can be genetic.
2Allows for a successful breeding regardless of season to choose everything about a litter, from how many to what gender and if they are all healthy or not. No threads needed prior. The only thing that isn't effected is if they are gifted or not.
3Allows one account to claim land and form their own pack of at least three individuals total where none are played by the same user.
