GAINING EXPERIENCE GUIDE
A "how to" on how to earn experience and the importance of it.
Now based on stat cost, we can calculate how much each player would get depending on who won the battle. Obviously, since Player 1 has a character with higher stats, they will give more experience than a lower stat player. This is to encourage players to fight tougher opponents or just to try out fights in general. You don't lose any experience if you lose a battle so if you don't win, it's okay.
Let's calculate how much each player has put into their characters by stat points (excluding level) and then by how much aura that costed them. Once we have that total we chop it in half and that's the extra experience that can be earned from battle. Remember starting stats are all 1 outside of health which is 10.
Player #1
+5 health (25 per) = 125
+2 Dex (50 per) = 100
Total = 225
EXP: 113
(That's up to 4 health or any 2 stat points or 2 health and 1 stat point!)
Player #2
+2 Health (25 per) = 50
+1 Dex (50 per) = 50
+1 Swf (50 per) = 50
Total = 150
EXP: 75
(That's still either 3 health or at least 1 stat point and 1 health!)
Remember: You can always use your aura for other things too in the shop! The more aura the better! If you are fighting another player and don't post in 2 weeks, you automatically forfeit the match and they still gain the experience. Anyone found abusing this system and/or "taking turns" not posting on fights for free experience will have that account banned! So please play fairly so we can all have more fun.
Need that extra aura in a pinch for something new and spiffy? Maybe you want to have your character get stronger, faster? Then you might want to take a look at experience and how to earn it. When you post on FI you get a minimal amount of aura for posting an rp reply, but you can earn bonus aura for participating in player versus player battles, otherwise known as PVP. Lets look at two characters to give an example.
